Refund policy

14-day return policy

After receiving your item, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (for example special orders or personalized items). If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund within 10 business days using the original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
